Our Site assessment specialists will come to your home and provide a complete report of its present status. We take into account all of the medical, social, and accessibility needs for therapy and recovery.

We are involved with nursing and rehab staffs to fully analyze the particular needs of each person. Because Access to Freedom is familiar with people who are disabled and a professional building contractor, we are uniquely qualified to assess any structural barriers to accessibility.

 

A comprehensive report is prepared of the home to be used by the family, medical and insurance staff.
