Access to Freedom understands the work loads and demands placed on those who are directly involved with rehabilitation and care.
It is our job to make your job easier. We’ll work hard to provide good communication between rehab, nursing staff, family members and care givers. We are ready to answer questions by phone or e-mail. We also speak to hospital and rehab staffs and family members personally.
We provide individual training to care givers or educational materials to your staff. We want to help those involved with the process of providing home care for someone who is facing mobility challenges.
